Where do you ship, and is shipping free?

We ship only to the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. We do not offer international delivery.

When should my order arrive?

Order processing takes 1-2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 2-4 business days. Allow approximately 3-6 business days in total. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. These are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date.

How will I receive shipping updates?

We send shipping confirmation and tracking information when your order is dispatched. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package. If your address cannot be served, we will contact you and refund any unfulfilled order rather than charge an undisclosed shipping fee.

What happens if delivery is delayed?

If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate, and offer the choice to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt full refund. We do not assume your consent where affirmative consent is required. If we cannot obtain the required consent, we will cancel and refund the unshipped order as required by law.

Contact us promptly about a missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered package. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate resolution. Contact us as soon as possible to request an address change; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Nothing in this policy removes your statutory rights.

Which items can I return?

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. We accept unused items in their original condition with included parts and accessories. We also accept returns when we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged, defective or otherwise affected by our fulfillment error. The unused-item requirement does not prevent a claim for a defect discovered through reasonable inspection.

How do I arrange a return, and who pays the postage?

We pay return shipping for all eligible returns, including unused-item returns and returns caused by our fulfillment errors. There is no restocking fee. Email support@haigpit.com with your order number, the item and the reason for return. For a damaged or incorrect item, include photographs if available; we will help if photographs are not practical.

We will send return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Use the provided label and destination, package the item securely, and keep your drop-off receipt. Please do not independently purchase postage or send items to the contact address without our instructions. If the label does not work, contact us so we can arrange a store-paid alternative.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges. To choose another item, return the eligible original purchase for a refund and place a separate order.

When and how will I receive my refund?

Our commitment is for the refund to reach your original payment method within 10 calendar days after we receive your eligible returned item. Inspection is included within this period; it does not restart the clock. The refund includes the amount paid for the returned merchandise and applicable refundable sales tax. Original standard shipping and eligible return shipping are free.

We issue refunds promptly enough to meet this commitment and notify you when they are submitted. Your bank or payment provider controls final posting. If the credit has not appeared by the tenth calendar day, email us immediately so we can trace the refund and work with the provider to resolve the delay. This does not extend any shorter deadline required by law.

Can I cancel my order?

Email us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, use the return process. If a return appears ineligible because of customer-caused damage or use unrelated to an original defect, we will explain the reason and discuss next steps before disposing of the item. This policy does not limit non-waivable rights for defective goods, non-delivery or other statutory remedies.
